At Illinois Women’s Health & Wellness (IWHW), we understand that schedules change. We aim to offer flexible options while respecting the time of our providers and other patients.
Cancellation Notice:
To avoid being charged, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance through your Push Health portal or by contacting us.
No-Shows or Late Cancellations:
If you miss your scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a $25 late cancellation fee may apply. Repeated missed appointments may affect your ability to book future visits.
Technical Issues:
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from joining your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule without penalty.
