Cancellation Policy

At Illinois Women’s Health & Wellness (IWHW), we understand that schedules can change. Our policies are designed to provide flexibility while respecting the time reserved for your appointment.

Deposits:

A deposit may be required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your visit.

Cancellation Notice: 

To avoid losing your deposit or being charged applicable fees, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance using the appointment confirmation link provided in your booking confirmation email or text message.

Late Cancellations:

If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your deposit may be forfeited and the card on file may be charged any remaining applicable policy-based fees.

No-Shows:

If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your deposit may be forfeited and the card on file may be charged any remaining applicable policy-based fees.

Repeated missed appointments may affect your ability to book future visits with Illinois Women’s Health & Wellness.

Technical Issues: 

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from joining your telehealth appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to resolve the issue or reschedule your visit when appropriate.
