Fallon M. Flowers, MSN, BS, RN. WHNP-BC

Fallon M. Flowers, is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, speaker, author and "your GYN girlfriend". She is an advocate for contraceptive equity and committed to transforming reproductive and preventive healthcare for women and girls. Fallon has a graduate degree nursing and is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) in Illinois. She has led community outreach, research, and education in women’s health.

Fallon has a background in community health and is a champion for culturally competent, patient-centered care. She has dedicated her career to serving medically underserved and underrepresented populations affectionately known by her patients as "Nurse Flowers". Since 2018, Fallon has been providing obstetric and gynecologic services to low-income, and uninsured women on Chicago’s South Side. Her daily work includes services—ranging from contraception/family planning, vaginal imbalances, STI prevention to menstrual, urinary, preconception counseling, prenatal/postpartum care and beyond.

For over 20 years, Fallon has engaged in health education initiatives and is compassionate about adolescent health. In the community, her outreach work includes speaking to youth through organizations such as P.R.E.T.T.Y. Inc. , Polished Pebbles Girls Mentoring Program and M.E.A.N. Girls Empowerment with a focus on menstrual hygiene, self-care, and confidence-building. In early 2025, Fallon has expanded her expertise through the University of Chicago’s ECHO Adolescent Health continuing education series. This she believes will allow her to better support young women transitioning from pediatric to adult gynecologic care.

Fallon has been invited as keynote speaker for both professional and academic audiences, including Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) Honor Society of Nursing, the Student Nurses Association of Illinois (SNAI), and the Illinois Nurse Practitioner Network.  Her dedication to evidence-based practice extends to research. Fallon has contributed to clinical research trials, co-authored poster presentations surrounding maternal health. She has also served as a a peer reviewer for Women's Healthcare: A Clinical Journal for NPWH to support the dissemination of evidence-based literature among her peers.

With her almost 15 years of expertise in clinical practice combined with over two decades of experience health education and community outreach, she continues to champion equity, empowerment, and evidence-based care in every space she occupies.

She is soon accepting new patients and telehealth appointments.
